Questions about pricing
Is the free version less secure?
No. Free has exactly the same protection as Pro: encryption, Face ID, the recovery phrase and encrypted backup export. The only difference is how much you can store.
What happens if my Pro subscription ends?
Nothing gets locked. Everything you added stays available. You just can’t add more than the free limits allow.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
How do I cancel the yearly plan?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose OwlVault. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
